Permits

If you haven’t got a permit yet, don't despair.  There are still plenty of permits available this season.   And there are permits getting cancelled on a regular basis.     975 permits alerts have already gone out this year notifying members of otherwise sold out permits that became available.    Learn more about permit availability and the permit alerts service.

Day use paddle permits are available for free throughout the year, so it is always an option to stay on the edge of the BWCA.
